For food enthusiasts, our diverse cuisine cookery classes cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. Our yoga session for residential homes is designed to cater to all abilities. We understand that some participants may have less range of motion, which is why we tailor our sessions to be adaptable. We offer Chair yoga with all the benefits of mat yoga, so everyone enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga. Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience!

Capacity: 5 - 20 people per session

Duration: Depending on amount of sessions

Staff Yoga In-person or Virtual

Our yoga sessions are designed to help your staff members relax and destress during their busy workday. We can adapt our sessions to fit into staff meetings, making it easy for everyone to participate. We understand the needs of residents and can work with your HR team to ensure we communicate mindfulness effectively to your staff.

Capacity: 5 - 20 people In-person or 10 - 100 Virtual

Duration: 45 minutes - 1hr

Workshop and Meditation Programme

Our workshops are tailor made relaxing, fun and our meditation program offers a relaxing and calming space for all. We provide breathing techniques to help you achieve a peaceful state of mind. Join us to experience the benefits of meditation and find inner peace.

We believe in creating a personalised program tailored to your unique needs. experienced instructors will work with you to improve overall physical and mental wellbeing, and teach you ways meditate.
